Rooms were spacious and impressive, and the staff here was incredibly nice and kind. They were very friendly and came from various countries, making the service top-notch! 🌟

Had an amazing 5-night stay here and it was hard to say goodbye. the service was top-notch and the room was super fancy, complete with a mini-fridge and luxurious Aqua di Parma toiletries - talk about fancy! 💫

We appreciated it. The place was fairly clean and wonderful, had incredibly nice staff with a service of very friendly international staff. The location was marvellous and stunning, just 5 min walk from Basecamp Andermatt. The area was famous really close to the communal areas, The Restaurant and the amazing Spa, the Mountain and The Chedi Andermatt.

The property was beautifully decorated and truly exceptional with well-trained staff like the receptionist. The location in an outstanding area was convenient and there were a market and shops nearby...

Possibly the best and VERY GOOD stay on our second visit. Really helpful and service-oriented staff on reception and elsewhere. Marvellous and enjoyable breakfast, fab food choice. Unbeatable location, just a pleasant stroll away from Andermatt-Sedrun Sports Ag. Set adjacent to the market and the communal areas, The Restaurant and the amazing Spa in the excellent area. Honestly no complaints.

The restaurant served award-winning cuisine, and the hot dishes were fantastic. the hotel's location was stunning, with Andermatt Museum just a short walk away. - Everything at the hotel was wonderful; I would definitely choose to stay here again in Andermatt.

Location next to Andermatt train station. Top-notch and nicely furnished room, modern design. Generally excellent service with parking onsite.
